We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Data and Systems to join our team at AllChild, an award-winning early intervention charity that helps children and young people build the relationships and skills they need to flourish and in their school and community.

The role

AllChild is an evidence-led charity currently working with over 1,600 children and 55 schools in London and the North West to ensure that each child can flourish. Across all of these schools, collecting accurate and up to date data is key in proactively identifying, planning and delivering preventive support, and driving impact for children and young people.

As Head of Data and Systems, you will be responsible for maximising the effectiveness of AllChild through digital approaches. You will design and lead the development of our core systems to support the development and delivery of our impact programme and to support income generation. You will be responsible for ensuring that our systems are robust, available every day, and that future developments are planned and implemented on time and on budget. Above all, you will be passionate about helping colleagues deliver our programme and demonstrate the impact of what we do.

The candidate

The successful candidate will have experience using and developing Salesforce in a system administrator role or similar. Including a track record of leading complex technology projects including project management and delivery, managing internal and external stakeholders. It is essential that the successful candidate holds experience working with a customised Salesforce environment requiring decision-making on data systems architecture. And experience of scaling up IT systems to enhance organisational effectiveness of remote teams, including strong line management and team development skills.
