AllChild is a charity working with schools, families, councils and community organisations to ensure that together, every child and young person can flourish.
The Delivery Partner Coordinator supports the smooth running of AllChild’s Delivery Partner programme, ensuring effective systems, processes, and communications are in place to help achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
The postholder will collaboratively provide administrative, operational, and project support. They will manage key systems, maintain partner records and data, issue contracts, and ensure all information is accurate, timely, and compliant.
The role is central to coordinating the delivery of AllChild’s partner communication and engagement plan—highlighting the impact of our partners and strengthening collaboration across the network. They will also maintain the Linking Directory, ensuring all listed organisations are suitable for referrals and that communication channels with the wider delivery team remain open and effective.
In addition, the Coordinator will lead and support short-term, community-based, or cross-school projects that reflect local needs, are delivered to high standards, and offer meaningful experiences for children and young people.
